T3财务通加密卡问题（求解决办法）

加密卡烧掉2次了，郁闷死了！
同事去装软件的时候试了说是可以的，之后客户没有插加密卡，直到结了3个月的账的时候提示插加密卡的时候客户才插上，可是没用。
寄回产家弄好（不知道是修还是换的）以后，在公司电脑上试过没有问题。送到客户那插上等闪了一哈就熄了，可是此时加密卡很烫。之后就无法识别了。
客户一共两台电，脑配置一样。
求解决方案！

加密狗修好后在你自己的电脑上多试几次，看看有没有问题，如果没有问题，那就是客户电脑的问题了，用普通U盘在客户电脑上试试看烧不烧，这个事情很难办，看你的沟通能力了。
